Village Walk Town Homes in Valencia, CA

Valencia is a planned community located in Los Angeles County, California in the northwestern corner of the Santa Clarita Valley, adjacent to Interstate 5. Valencia's residential areas are separated into villages. Almost all of Valencia's villages are close to schools, shopping, etc. In many of the villages, homeowner's associations oversee the quality and upkeep of housing developments ranging in size from a few dozen homes to over a thousand.

The Village Walk community is in the Northpark Village, in the heart of Valencia. It consists of clusters of 154 attached town homes in Valencia, CA (within the Santa Clarita Valley.)

There are four models of town homes in Village Walk:
Model 1 is a 1 Bedroom with loft, 1 Bath town home with 1332 square feet of living space.
Model 2 is a 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath town home with 1377 square feet of living space.
Model 3 is a 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath town home with 1485 square feet of living space.
Model 4 is a 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath town home with 1635 square feet of living space.

Most Village Walk town homes has a small enclosed patio and attached garages. The community also has a pool and spa.

The streets the Village Walk Town homes reside on are: Ashbrook Lane, Canterbury Court, and Abbey Glen Place. The zip code is 91354.
